Yokosuka to Camp Fuji by Vehicle

1. Proceed through the front gate at Yokosuka naval base. Get in the right lane at the traffic light, turn right. Follow this road until you see a green sign indicating entrance onto the expressway. 2. At the green sign indicating the entrance to Yokohama/Yokosuka road, veer right and enter the ramp at the traffic light. 3. Proceed on this road (route 16) until you come to another toll booth, at this toll booth take toll ticket and proceed through keeping straight following the sign indicating Yokohama. 4. Continue on this route in the direction of “Hachioji” until you come to another toll booth. At this booth you will pay the toll fee and continue through remaining on the expressway. You are now on the Yokohama/Yokosuka (Yoko Yoko) by pass. Continue for some kilos until you see the green sign indicating the Tomei expressway entrance, at this sign you will veer left and continue to another toll booth. After proceeding through the toll booth you will receive another toll ticket stay to the far right and follow the sign marked for “NAGOYA”. The road will veer to the right and then to the left. Stay on this road. Proceed on this road toward “NAGOYA” (you are now on the Tomei expressway) , your exit destination is “GOTENBA” exit #7. 5. Proceed on this road until you see a sign marked GOTENBA 2KM, exiit 7. Get in the left lane and exit at 7. Stay to the right and follow the sign marked for “GOTENBA”. The road will veer to the right and then to the left. Proceed through the toll booth and make a right turn at the traffic light onto route 138. 6. Follow this road (route 138) until you come to an intersection, with a McDonald sign to the front left (this is route 246), at the traffic light make a left turn. Go to the second traffic light and make a right turn onto route 23. Proceed on this road until you come to Camp Fuji which is located on the left side of the road.
