Community Food Stall Holders (not Commercial) are required to attend a FREE compulsory Food Health and Safety Workshop prior to the Festival. Any Community Food Stall Holder who does not attend the Food Health and Safety Workshop will not be permitted to participate at the Festival. You will be contacted, and provided details of the workshops, in July 2014.

Food Stall Holders are advised to provide their own food thermometers

As a condition of entry to the festival, applicants are required to sign a Deeds of Obligation and Indemnity form. Toowoomba Regional Council staff will be present on the day of the festival to assist with the completion of this form. Please call Kirsten Casey on 4688 6974 if you have any questions.
