Assessment Plan Examples: Resource for Primary Schools

This document provides some examples of each form of assessment in each KLA that are used in Primary Schools; it is by no means and exhaustive list and teachers will have additional and alternative ideas for many assessment forms. The intention of this document is to support teachers who would like a starting point for planning a particular assessment experience in a particular form. Please note this is a resource for teachers, it is not a compliance document, nor does it form part of the Learning and Teaching Program for a class.
