<p> Assessment Plan Examples: Resource for Primary Schools</p><p>This document provides some examples of each form of assessment in each KLA that are used in Primary Schools; it is by no means and exhaustive list and teachers will have additional and alternative ideas for many assessment forms. The intention of this document is to support teachers who would like a starting point for planning a particular assessment experience in a particular form. insects and insect activity that is evident in your zone over 5 weeks Personal Development, Health and Physical Education Physical/  Demonstrate the fundamental movement skill of the overarm thrown Practical  Use a range of kicking and blocking skills in a game of soccer Assessments  Choreograph and perform a short gymnastics routine  Instruct a partner on assuming the correct stance to throw a shot put Oral  Explain the concept of good sportsmanship Assessments  Report to the class on three pieces of advice you would give someone who wanted to live a healthier lifestyle  Pictorial / Label a diagram of a sprinter on their starting blocks showing the important aspects of their stance Symbolic  On the picture provided draw in the safety items that are missing in the kitchen
