MOTION: Move Board open the Public Hearing.

MOTION: Move Board close the Public Hearing.

MOTION: Move Board approve Summary Permit Application for spreading of residual lime products from State Approved Facilities and authorize the Chairman of the Board of Selectmen to sign applications for the Town of Clinton. c. Approval of Selectmen’s Meeting Minutes – March 13, 2007

MOTION: Move Board approve the minutes of the March 13, 2007 meeting.

MOTION: Move Board authorize the advertisement for bids the following tax acquired properties: Map 002 Lot 024-N, Map 003 Lot 075- 07, Map 003 Lot 075-18, Map 009 Lot 024-ON.

MOTION: Move Board hold Map 003 Lot 054 and Map 003 Lot 055 until the Board determines if there is a future Town use for these properties.

MOTION: Move Board hold Map 011 lot 007 until the Assessor’s Agent can advise the Board whether this property actually belongs to an abutting owner and whether the taxes should be written off and paid out of the overlay account.

f. Appointment of General Assistance Director: Holly Stebbins

g. Appointment of Tax Collector: James W. Rhodes

h. Re-Commitment of Taxes To James W. Rhodes, Tax Collector

i. Settlement of Taxes: Michelle Flewelling

6. EXECUTIVE SESSION: CONSULTATION WITH CODE ENFORCEMENT OFFICER ON PENDING ENFORCEMENT MATTER IN DISTRICT COURT PURSUANT TO 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (H). MOTION: Move Board go into Executive Session pursuant to 1 M.R.S.A. § 405 (6) (H) to consult with the Code Enforcement Officer on pending matter in District Court.

MOTION: Move Board go out of Executive Session.

7. DISCUSSION ISSUES

Ordinance Amendment: Proposed schedule for Building Permit fees / Land Use Permit application fee / Site Plan Review application fee.
