1.0 CALL TO ORDER/QUORUM CHECK The meeting was called to order by Louis Tseng, AIDC, Asia Representative to the SSC LT. A quorum was established (minimum 5 SSC members were present).

1.1 Minutes from the January 2006 SSC meeting at Redondo Beach, CA, US were approved as written by the SSC LT in their 1 March 2006 meeting.

2.0 Introduction to the Supplier Support Committee & Meeting Rules - Yoshiomi Sukesada, Asahi Yoshiomi Sukesada, SSC Leadership Team (SSC LT) Asia Rep reviewed the purpose of the SSC, meeting protocol and introduced SSC LT members. For more details, please see the attached presentation.

Intro & Meeting Protocol.ppt 3.0 NMC Chairman’s Report – Chetan Daté, Honeywell Aerospace Chet Daté presented the NMC Chair report and discussed Nadcap Vision and core strategies, key process improvement initiatives, and benefits of Nadcap that accredited suppliers have reported. 4.0 Nadcap Program Status Report – Arshad Hafeez, PRI Arshad Hafeez presented an update on various Nadcap activities. Status of new Nadcap Primes was presented with a look at what stage in the subscription process these companies are in. Audit projections and Auditor capacity was reviewed, as well as a status of activities in the Europe and Asia sectors and plans for the future of these two regions. Nadcap Program Status Report.ppt 5.0 SSC Initiatives a.) 2007 Supplier Survey – Bob Custer, AAA Plating & Inspection Bob presented the results of this sub-team from the past quarter. The group has developed an action plan for open activities from the 2005 survey that were assigned to the SSC. For more details, please see the attached presentation.

b.) Communication Team Report – Liu Le, PRI A review of the PRI Newsletter, Supplier mentoring project, Supplier enhancements to the PRI website and NCSI details were presented. For more details, please see the attached presentation.

c.) Metrics Team Report – Don Buehler, PRI The Metrics Team presented their quarterly metrics that show supplier involvement in the Nadcap process. The metrics are used by the SSC LT to identify opportunities for improvement. For more details, please see the attached presentation.

Metrics Team Report.ppt d.) SSC Vision – Bob Custer, AAA Plating & Inspection The SSC LT created a 5 year vision, this presentation was an update on the activities the SSC has implemented to help achieve the vision. For more details, please see the attached presentation.

6.0 New Business – Louis Tseng, AIDC The floor was open to questions and comments from all attendees.

The comment was made that in the NDT Task Group meeting there have been problems with observers during the Nadcap audits. It was reported that observers were not following the requirements of NOP 007. It was suggested that the SSC LT instruct observers to read and follow the requirements of NOP 007 – and that these requirements would be reinforced by the Nadcap system.

Action Item: This issue will be raised to the full SSC LT.

The same individual commented that the STSTG’s did not exist officially in any Nadcap program documents. The response from Don Buehler, PRI was that PRI is aware of that issue and has committed to incorporating the STSTG in the proper program documentation.

(NOTE: It was subsequently explained that as the STSTG’s are not any different that any other Task Group sub team or any SSC sub team – they will not be specifically called out in any Nadcap NOPs.)

A comment was made that suppliers needed to be aware of the ITAR/EAR requirements as they schedule their audit. All suppliers should read the requirements prior to their audits. No response is necessary from the SSC as this was just a statement of fact.

The final comment was that the SSC should consider Regional pre-meetings of STSTG’s to provide opportunity for suppliers to know about Task Group issues prior to the quarterly meeting. Since the SSC is not responsible for the STSTG’s, this issue should be taken to the Task Group level.
