Learning Outcomes

Through practical application, participants select and manage a Six Sigma project for their organization, the framework for which is established during the course. Advanced statistical techniques are applied in practice for a given project, resulting in a defined methodology for managing projects within organizations. Key Lean tools are explored and aligned with the DMAIC framework. This course is conducted in two separate five-day intense sessions in a residential situation. Participants may be required to undertake activities during the sessions outside of the designated course times. Between course sessions, project review and private study will be undertaken to fully equip new Black belts to effectively manage projects.
