A.L.I.A.S. Team Covenant As an A.L.I.A.S. leader of the Student Ministry of The Church at Rock Creek, I recognize the role and responsibility to lead and commit to serving for one year. I also commit to the following attitudes and guidelines for an A.L.I.A.S. Leader:

Personal Growth – You are growing in our personal walk with Christ. You are intentionally seeking ways to go deeper in your relationship with Him and are moving toward spiritual maturity in all aspects of your life. (Colossians 1:28-29)

Participation – Participation not only involves the work you will do as a student leader, but also your responsibility as a church member. Student leaders are held to a higher standard; not only be in attendance, but to also be giving and involved. Therefore, being involved in planning and attending RCS events is a high priority. (Hebrews 10:25)

Community – You welcome and seek after opportunities to live in community with fellow student leaders as well as your peers. You are intentional about sharing your needs, your hurts, your gifts and your resources with one another and serving as a role model to your peers. (Acts 2:42-47)

Accountability – On issues of morality and leadership, you allow yourself to be spoken to by our team and seek ways to reconcile yourself with others and live as the Church was designed. (Ephesians 4:14-16)

Prayer – You commit to praying weekly for your team and the students in your group and create avenues for your peers to share their prayer requests with you. (James 5:16)

Purity – You commit to a life of moral purity, integrity and avoiding appearances of evil. You recognize that we are called to model our lives after Christ and seek to glorify Him in our daily lives – in speech, life, love, faith and purity. (1 Timothy 4:12)
