Please find below information including Weigh in times relating to the Sportif International Tournament 2015.

Weigh-in protocol To insure that child protection guidelines and procedures are followed please observe the following rules.

All female competitors must weigh-in wearing a T shirt and judogi bottoms. An additional allowance of .6kg will be given to take into account T shirt and judogi bottoms

All male competitors must weigh-in wearing judogi bottoms. An additional allowance of .5kg will be given to take into account judogi bottoms.

Players must change in the designated changing areas prior to attending weigh-in.

Licence All entrants must provide proof of valid membership licence appertaining to their countries National Governing Body including date of birth (proof of age).

Judogi & belts White & blue judogis are optional. Players must change in the designated changing areas. Players are not allowed to change in the arena. Please bring your own white and blue judo belt.

Rules Armlocks and strangles are permitted in both Cadet & Junior sections of the tournament

Coaches Passes Coaches passes for matside coaching will only be issued to coaches producing a valid Coaching card or pass appertaining to your country and if the coaches name is on the entry list. Maximum of 1 coach per 5 entries will be issued as we need to limit the number of people on the floor in the arena.

Security Sportif International will be marshalled by Security staff. All competitors and spectators are expected to follow the instructions given by the Security staff on site. Only players and coaches will be allowed in the main arena. All parents and spectators will not be allowed mat side and are expected to stay in the spectator seating.

Supervision-safety The safety of players both on and off the mat is our number one priority. Players under the age of 16 must be supervised at the tournament either by parents, coaches or responsible adults.

Cameras & Videos: Video recording of some contests may take place at this event; photographs may also be taken for promotional purposes including publication on websites and social media. By completing the entry form you indicate your acceptance of these conditions and parents (in the absence of any expressed objection) provide their consent to the taking and use of photos/videos.
