An Invitation to Celebrate Sewing!

Sew Timeless is excited to invite you to be a vendor at our Celebrate Sewing! show on October 15 and 16, 2016. This is a new and energetic show that is filling a market void. Southern California is a proven market of affluent and ready-to-spend sewers and quilters. Our promotional flyer (copy attached) gives you all the details about the show.

The promoter, Kandi Christian, is an industry veteran and has been a teacher and vendor at shows all across the US and England. She has selected a top team of people from Southern California to help with the show. Together they bring a wealth of knowledge of what makes a show successful. Things like free WI-FI for vendors, free electricity, a table and two chairs all included in the low booth price, along with free parking and easy access to the exhibit hall.

This is a great opportunity for you to get in on the ground floor since exhibitor participation is by invitation only. This ensures that the selected vendors address a wider variety of products for the sewing and quilting world. There will be a limited number of vendors in each category such as fabric, sewing machines, notions, books, embroidery CDs, etc. thus increasing your opportunity to get more business.

Basic exhibit information for vendors: Booth price is $500, $400 if paid before July 15, 2016. A Booth Contract for Vendors is attached. Setup time: 1:00 through 6:00 PM Friday, October 14, 2016 and 6:00 AM through 8:55 AM on Saturday October 15, 2016 Breakdown: 5:00 PM through 8:00 PM on Sunday, October 16, 2016 Exhibit Hours: 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday

Booth Includes:  8' x 8' booth draped 3' high on each side and 8' high on the back wall  Free WI-FI for vendors  Free electricity  One un-draped table  Two chairs  Refreshments during set-up  Lunches available for purchase delivered to the booth each day  A professional exhibit services company will handle any extra items you require, such as drapes, extra tables, freight, etc.  We carry the insurance so you don't have to  A Booth Contract for Vendors is attached.
