The Asian Cultural Club will have a meeting on Friday, April 19, in Room 5 of the annex. The meeting’s theme is popular TV shows. If you have any questions, see Mr. Truong. REPEAT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Since spring has arrived, the administrative team would like to remind students to review and follow the dress code policy that is located in your student handbook. Please be sure you do not come to school wearing hats, sunglasses, torn or ripped jeans, skirts or shorts that do not stay fingertip length while walking, shirts that do not cover your midriff or that are transparent and expose undergarments, sleeveless athletic jerseys, and halter or tube-top style shirts. Student who do not adhere to the dress code policy will need to contact their parent for a change of clothing or will remain in the Alternative Learning Center for the day.

Students must check the lost and found department across the hall from the Main Office for missing items. Unclaimed items will be donated to the Class of 2015 Clothing Drive on Saturday, April 13.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS TAKING THE AP EXAMS IN MAY: You MUST attend a pre-administration session on April 16 during blocks two and three in the Lecture Hall: Students with last names from A-D will attend Block 2A Students with last names from E-K will attend Block 2B Students with last names from L-Q will attend Block 3A Students with last names from R-Z will attend Block 3B IF YOU ARE ABSENT YOU MUST SEE MS. ROSS IN THE GUIDANCE OFFICE WHEN YOU RETURN TO SCHOOL. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SIT FOR THE EXAM UNLESS YOU HAVE FILLED OUT THE PRE-ADMINISTRATION MATERIALS! Any questions or concerns please see Ms. Ross before April 16th.

The Class of 2015 is having a Clothing Drive and Car Wash to be held Saturday, April 13 from 10:00AM – 4:00 PM. They are collecting Wearable & Usable Clothing, such as: Shoes, Belts, Handbags, Linens, Towels, Curtains, Coats, Jackets, Outerwear, Gloves, Hats, Scarves, Hard Toys, Soft Toys, and Stuffed Animals. If you are unable to drop off on Saturday, you may bring your bags in to LRHS Friday, 4/12/13. See Ms. Wilber for Friday’s drop-off location.

Student government election packets are available in the main office until their due date. If you wish to run for a class council or student council officer position, pick up a packet and be sure to have your paperwork in by April 18.
