NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Copiah County, Mississippi, will receive written sealed bids in its offices in the Copiah County Courthouse, Hazlehurst, Mississippi, until 10:00 o’clock A.M., on the 19th day of December 2014, with bids to be opened shortly thereafter, for contracts on a six-month time period. Prices commence January 1, 2015 and terminate June 30, 2015 for:

Galvanized corrugated metal pipe and plastic pipe Bids must specify gauge, type of metal and coated or uncoated Bids should include charges for warranty and delivery

The Board hereby gives notice that all items purchased under contract to be awarded in pursuance to this notice must be submitted on invoices describing said items as set forth in said bids and the unit price must conform to bid prices. Bidders are also hereby notified that they must specify whether the Seller or the County will pay the freight. Notice to Bidders and Specifications are on file in the Office of the County Administrator in the Copiah County Courthouse, Hazlehurst, Mississippi and may be obtained at no charge by contacting the County Administrator at 601-894-1858. The Board, acting under authority of §31-7-13, Mississippi code of 1972, As Amended, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
