Our Nanny Contract

The following nanny contract details the terms and conditions by which I, as you’re ‘Registered Nanny’, will undertake childcare duties, and you, as a ‘Parent/Guardian’, will remunerate, deliver and collect and give notice.

Please ensure you are clear on all the points detailed below, (and where appropriate set out on any additional forms), and seek clarification if you do not understand a particular section, these terms and conditions are important as they ensure that both you and I are in agreement to what is appropriate on our working relationship and as result, we together can make certain that your child receives the quality childcare they deserve.

Once we both sign this document we both agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out.

Notice Periods

 I require 4 weeks’ notice if you wish to terminate my childcare services

 I will give you 4 weeks’ notice if I wish to terminate my childcare services

 I require 4 weeks’ notice of holidays I intend to take

 I require 4 weeks’ notice of any changes you would like to make to our childcare contract.

 I will give you 4 weeks’ notice of any changes to our Nanny contract

Charges for childcare Services (delete where applicable)

The following charges are payable on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and should be paid in advance/arrears of the period worked.
