Guidelines Caroline’s Project: Young Women to Leaders is offering scholarships for young women interested in exploring Science, Technology, Engineering, Math or Computer Science (STEM-CS).. No previous STEM experience or knowledge is necessary to apply. We believe that exposure to quality summer camps can help spark the interest of young women in these fields. The scholarships are for relevant and approved STEM summer programs during 8th grade through 12th grade as a means for young women to explore various STEM and CS fields in high school to introduce students to additional career options early in their education. The scholarships are need blind and based on leadership, course work, academic record, extracurricular activities and community service. Who can apply? To be eligible, you must be: A young woman interested in exploring the enormous range of possibilities for STEM careers. th A rising 8 grader through high school junior. A student with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.50 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent). A United States citizen or permanent resident. A student interested in attending a relevant and appropriate summer camp. Who cannot apply? Family members of associates of Caroline’s Project: Young Women to Leaders are ineligible to receive scholarship grants from CP scholarship funds. Family members of donors to Caroline’s Project: Young Women to Leaders are ineligible to receive scholarship grants from CP scholarship funds. How to submit?
