Forthcoming Events British Rowing Masters Championships – 11/12 June Women's Henley – 17-19 June Ironbridge Regatta – 25-26 June

Junior August Summer Camp Two week Junior Summer Camp as planned by Junior parents. ST explained the plan and how it would run and cost.

Fleet Wish List 4 sets of the worst blades will be going to Bladerite. (Nick). To save money on travel / postage, the 4 sets (8 blades) will go on the trailer to Dorney Lake and will come back same weekend.

Buying new sets of blades. Sarah Thomas has offered to sell her 3 sets of sculling blades to the club. Concept II type. Willing to sell at £150 a set.

MY asked if we had a snapped unused Concept II spoon, Bladerite is looking for one to buy.

New shoes, seats and parts were discussed. MY to send info on cost and shopping list to LS. LS will order as soon as possible.

Prof Lever fin now fixed. Double or Nothing broken footplate now fixed.

RS and JT looked at our current fleet and RS discussed the possibility to sell to make space. Currently all our racks are full, and no room if we bought back boats from the bay.

MY said, she was holding back on some boats, incase of an influx of new members after the post Rio Olympic Games. 4 years ago we had a huge number of new novice members joining. MY would be happy to sell Carl Morgan and Rear Gunner as these 2 boats have not been used in a few years. ST suggested we convert the Carl Morgan into a coxed 4 for the novice men and to sell Cressie Wiggin and Fantaffstic. RS had a list of possible boats we could sell. MY to sit down and look at which boats could be sold and what is our priority to buy as new. Bay Usage Cost have gone up for 2016 by 5% - this season's bill is £1990 MY requested in the April meeting, we keep to previous year's contract, and to look into a new contract for 2017. Feedback from Channel View, they were not happy with this and wish us to proceed in looking to write a new contract, or the cost of £5 per person on crews bringing boats across on a trailer will proceed. MY to arrange a meeting with MH with MY and LS to attend.

Coaches LS pointed out, that whilst most are training at the Bay, there is no coaching or plans made for those remaining at the club. LS said, if she knew of a plan she would be happy to help out with coaching, but reminded RSC that she is also a rower and will need time to train herself. MY said, following a meeting with JT, she said that JT will be sorting out coaches and plans for those remaining at the club.
