NOTICE

is hereby given that the

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

of the members of the Company will be held at 7:00pm at the Cove Burgh Hall on Sunday 29 th December 2017 for the purpose of considering the following business:

a) Apologies. b) Approval of the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of RPW CDT held on 29th November 2016, at Cove Burgh Hall. c) Convener’s report. d) Treasurer’s report. e) Environment Group report. f) Art Group report. g) Resolution 1: To receive the report of the directors and the independently examined accounts for the year ended 30th June 2017. h) The constitution of the RPW CDT requires that all directors retire at each AGM. Resolution 2: To re-elect as directors Ann Bray, Malcolm Brown, Arlene Cullum, Alan Devenny, Derek Fowlis, Elle Laine, Charlotte McLean, Murdo MacDonald, Paul Munro, Richard Reeve, Gwyn Simons i) Resolution 3: To re-appoint Bert Allison, the retiring independent examiner. Bert Allison provides his services to RPW CDT free of charge. j) Next AGM will be held during the month of November 2018.

Proxy Voting A member entitled to attend and vote at the meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote on his or her behalf. Any member who wishes to appoint a proxy shall lodge with RPW CDT, at the registered office a written instrument of proxy signed by him/her or shall send an instrument of proxy by email to [email protected] The instrument of proxy must be received by 25th November 2017. A proxy need not be a member.

Minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting Minutes of the 2016 Annual General Meeting of the RPW CDT held on 29th November 2016 can be viewed at www.rosneathpeninsulawest.com and email or hard copies will be provided on request. Copies will also be available at the AGM.

Annual Report & Accounts RPW CDT Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30th June 2017 will be available to view at www.rosneathpeninsulawest.com from 25th November 2017. Copies will also be available at the AGM.

Future Annual General Meetings Notice of all future General and Annual General Meetings will be given by publication on the Trust’s web site at www.rosneathpeninsulawest.com Agreement to this method of delivery will be deemed to have been received unless the Trust is notified that a member wishes to receive notices in hard copy or by email and an address is provided for delivery.
