Resolution 2: To re-elect as directors Ann Bray, Malcolm Brown, Arlene Cullum, Alan Devenny, Derek Fowlis, Elle Laine, Charlotte McLean, Murdo MacDonald, Paul Munro, Richard Reeve, Gwyn Simons i) Resolution 3: To re-appoint Bert Allison, the retiring independent examiner.
