APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL

Thank you for your enquiry regarding the post of Principal of Reigate College and Executive Principal of Coulsdon College which becomes vacant on 1st September 2016. I am pleased to enclose information about the College, the post and the selection process.

We are seeking a highly talented senior manager, with substantial experience of working in schools or colleges, who will provide a clear vision for the future of both Colleges. That vision will respect the Colleges’ traditions and culture but also address the need for change and development. S/he will have a demonstrable track record of success, excellent communication skills and possess the strong leadership qualities necessary to maintain Reigate College’s status as one of the top sixth form colleges in the UK. S/he will also need to work closely with the Principal of Coulsdon College to make it an outstanding college. Equally important, we are looking for someone who will continue to make the Colleges a purposeful and supportive community in which to study and work.

College visits will take place on Wednesday 2nd December 2015 and the interviews will take place on Monday 7th and Tuesday 8th December 2015.
