Value Added information for Reigate and Coulsdon Colleges will be sent to short-listed applicants.</p><p>We are seeking a highly talented senior manager, with substantial experience of working in schools or colleges, who will provide a clear vision for the future of both Colleges. That vision will respect the Colleges’ traditions and culture but also address the need for change and development. S/he will have a demonstrable track record of success, excellent communication skills and possess the strong leadership qualities necessary to maintain Reigate College’s status as one of the top sixth form colleges in the UK. S/he will also need to work closely with the Principal of Coulsdon College to make it an outstanding college. Equally important, we are looking for someone who will continue to make the Colleges a purposeful and supportive community in which to study and work.</p><p>I hope that you will be interested in applying for this post.
