Procedure for Registration

“SKIES OF MERIT” Retreat Conducted by Venerable Thubten Chodron Jointly Organised by Tai Pei Buddhist Centre and Pureland Marketing  Date & Time: Oct. 23 & 24, 2010 (Sat & Sun), 10.00am. to 5.00 pm, (Registration starts at 9.00am)  Venue: 1st Floor Shrine Hall, Tai Pei Buddhist Centre, No. 2 Lavender Street. (near Lavender MRT station). Tel: 6297 4747 - Sis Sherin  Workshop format: Teachings by Ven. Chodron, guided meditations, chanting, discussion sessions and question-and-answer session.  Taking Refuge: At the end of the retreat (Sunday around 3pm), there will be an optional Refuge Taking ceremony.  Retreat Offering: $50, non-refundable. Note: Ven. Chodron does not charge for the teachings. Retreat offering is for covering expenses of this teaching trip.  Other Information: o Attire: comfortable long pants/track pants and shirts or T-shirts (with sleeves). o Vegetarian Lunch and drinks will be provided. o The shrine hall room is air-conditioned.
