1. Account Manager Emails Me CORRECT Customer Email Address and Account Number Proceed

1. Account Manager emails me CORRECT customer email address and account number – proceed to step 5.

2. A customer completes Online Registration Form – note on screen confirmation stating Registration is waiting for manager’s approval. 3. I receive an automatic email notification prompting me to set them up on mymillcraft 4. In AX the following fields must be filled in order for the customer to integrate:

All mymillcraft customers MUST be assigned at the Price Group level in order for their trade agreement pricing to work online. The ONLY Price Groups allowed at this level are: the following. IMPORTANT – if you make a change to a customer and put them in another Price Group – you must notify me as it is a manual change in mymillcraft. This mainly applies to the stores (i.e. Changing from Stores 6/10 to Stores 9/11 price group). All other trade agreements must be set up via line discount method in AX.

5. The email field and telex field must be filled in – if you do not know a customer’s password or login name this is where you look in AX to find it. You can then login as the customer and see what they are seeing.

6. Manual Integration is done on the server for both the customer and price integration – this imports the customer info from AX and the customer’s pricing from AX. 7. Customer appears in eCom Manager (only CSR Managers have access to this to verify order integration only). Only eBus. Mgr. should change info in this system. 8. Customers Profile in eCom – If they are part of a line discount price group in AX ( the only one is Cinci/Dayton Master) I select this option for them. I also make sure their terms match AX, and their preferred payment method is set to TERMS. 9. Then I email them the welcome letter and cc the account manager. Note there are two links in the welcome letter to videos showing them how to place an order online and how to search for products online. Please make sure you refer customers with questions to these tutorials.
