Enclosed are a few items for your information regarding the Premier Classic Tournament.

1. The schedule is as follows: 2. Friday, October 22nd 9:00 am Grandview vs. National American 11:30 am CSM vs. William Penn 2:00 pm Columbia vs. National American 4:30 pm Grandview vs. William Penn 7:00 pm CSM vs. Columbia

Saturday, October 23rd 9:00 am Columbia vs. William Penn 11:30 am CSM vs. National American 2:00 pm Columbia vs. Grandview 4:30 pm National American vs. William Penn 7:00 pm CSM vs. Grandview

3. Matches will be the best 3 out of 5 games. The fifth game will be regular scoring as per NAIA regulations. All other NAIA rules will be followed.

4. Warm-up protocol will be the standard 4-4-5-5. If matches are running behind, teams will be guaranteed the standard warm-up. Matches will NOT start ahead of scheduled times. The two-racquetball courts will be available for warm-up if matches are running behind.

5. All officials and line judges will be state, regional, or national qualified officials.

6. A trainer will be on duty throughout the tournament. Please arrive to gym early before your scheduled match if any of the players’ require specific treatments. Teams must provide their own taping supplies. Training room will be open at 7:45am each day.

7. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE PLAYERS TO CHANGE IN THE GYM. Please be courteous and have the players’ use the locker rooms or restrooms.

8. Towels will be provided for the bench only. No towels will be provided for showering.

9. Locker rooms will be heavily used during the tournament for CSM students and Lied Fitness Center members. If possible, please shower and change at hotels. Locker rooms will not be available for storing your team’s equipment, bags, etc.

10. A hospitality room is available for coaches and officials only up by the main entrance.

11. A championship trophy will be given to the 1st place team.

12. An All-tournament team (6 players) and a tournament MVP will be announced after the last match of the day on Saturday. If your team has an All-tournament member of MVP and you are not present, the plaque will be sent to you the following week.
