Welcome to New Worker Training You have been registered for TANF New Worker Training for W-2 Add Correct Curriculum. I wanted to make sure you had all of the information you needed to successfully get started with TANF New Worker Training.

Initial New Worker Training (NWT) should be completed within 5-9 weeks of the start date. You must devote a minimum of 15-20 hours per week to NWT in order to complete within the maximum time frame. Failure to complete within the required timeframe may result in termination from the New Worker Training process. If terminated, you may be required to re-start the training from the beginning.

Learning Center You will access all your training curriculum(s)/courses through the Learning Center at https://wss.ccdet.uwosh.edu/stc/dcf.

 The Training Catalog allows a search of the entire database for courses. You can search based on a course title or course type as well as location. You can also search for Desk Aids.  My Information – it’s all about you. o The Profile Form allows you to change information about yourself. Some of it you can do online and some you have to submit a paper form for. o The Transcript is a transcript of all training completed through Learning Center. o The Curriculums is where you will find the list of courses you need to complete. You will be assigned multiple curriculums throughout your training. As you complete one, the next will be assigned. Your completion of each curriculum is dependent upon the review of your work by training team staff.
