Part Time Position Open

PART TIME POSITION OPEN HERNANDO COUNTY BENCH TECH

Duties include: Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals and software; document issues and update knowledge base on SharePoint as needed

Proficient in the following: Not required but preference will be given to I.XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8 additional knowledge in the following: II.Microsoft Office (2003 through 2013)  Mac III. Anti-virus software  Linux IV.Remote Assistance (RDP)  Fire Wall V.Troubleshooting Hardware and Software  Networking  Routing  Active Directory  MS Servers

Requirements:

 Minimum of 1 year experience supporting Desktops and Laptops

 Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent

 Good work ethic

 Ability to work occasional weekend or evening

 Excellent customer service

 Candidate will hold a valid driver’s license and maintain clean driving record, pass drug screening and background check. Candidate will be a team player, self-motivated and detail oriented. Candidate will have a clean and neat appearance and able to be productive with minimal supervision.
