<p> PART TIME POSITION OPEN HERNANDO COUNTY BENCH TECH</p><p>Duties include: Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot and repair computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals and software; document issues and update knowledge base on SharePoint as needed</p><p>Proficient in the following: Not required but preference will be given to I.XP, Vista, Windows 7 and 8 additional knowledge in the following: II.Microsoft Office (2003 through 2013)  Mac III. Anti-virus software  Linux IV.Remote Assistance (RDP)  Fire Wall V.Troubleshooting Hardware and Software  Networking  Routing  Active Directory  MS Servers</p><p>Requirements:</p><p> Minimum of 1 year experience supporting Desktops and Laptops</p><p> Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent</p><p> Good work ethic</p><p> Ability to work occasional weekend or evening </p><p> Excellent customer service</p><p> Candidate will hold a valid driver’s license and maintain clean driving record, pass drug screening and background check.
