Here’s a brief description and job assignments for the following functions:

Marketing – Unilever is one of the leading marketing organizations in the world. We are the home of brand marketing excellence. Supply Chain - Unilever’s technologically advanced Supply Chain focuses on the customer to underpin our growth from sourcing raw materials to delivering the end product. We aim to provide service excellence at competitive costs. The team manages every stage of our supply process, starting with sourcing raw materials and ending with timely delivery. Supply Chain is responsible for making sure our product are on the shelves, when consumers want them, at a good price.

As a Management Trainee in Supply Chain, you will have the opportunity to:  Gain breath of experience within supply management, logistics, planning, etc.  Develop solid general business skills such as change, project and information management  Builds agility and creativity to address business issues

Financial Management - Finance has direct input into Unilever’s long, medium and short-term plans as well as our cost reduction programs and innovation projects. Finance will continuously try to bring products to consumers that meet their needs and at a price they can afford. People will seek Finance advice on brand development, pricing strategy and more. How does it work?

You will choose one of the specific countries and then a specific business area within that country. You will go through the initial recruitment process with a third party vendor – Universum Talent Networks and then be assessed by local U.S. and senior leaders from the respective countries to which you applied. If successful in the recruitment process, you will join the Unilever Future Leaders Programme in that country on the relevant local terms and conditions.

What are we looking for?

You must have graduated/will graduate from a US university between 2012 – 2013 and ideally have the right to work, knowledge of the local language and experience of the culture of the country to which you are applying. We will accept applications from any discipline. However you must have a Masters degree (non-MBA) to apply for Thailand. You must also meet any mandatory national service or other requirements as applicable to the country.
