Split U Okviru Dalmatinske Makroregije PRIGRADSKI ŽELJEZNIČKI PROMET NA PODRUČJU SPLITSKE KONURBACIJE UVOD U dosadašnjim studijama predložena je trasa vođenja prigradske i brze gradske željeznice tzv. sjeverno-zapadnom linijom od Split grada do Trogira i istočnom linijom od Split grada preko transportno teretnog terminala u Stobreču do postojeće željezničke pruge u Kopilici. Rezultati dosadašnjih istraživanja pokazuju neophodnost daljnjih istraživanja u pogledu primjene dobivenih rezultata. Promatranje prometnih tokova u budućnosti može otvoriti potrebu daljnjeg proširenja željezničke infrastrukture na širem području grada Splita . Cilj je ovog rada ispitati mogućnost uvođenja prigradske željeznice unutar Splitske konurbacije na širem području Splita uz uvažavanje svih prostornih, ekonomskih i tehničkih ograničenja karakterističnih za ovaj prostor. Istraživanje koju će autori dati u ovom radu bit će usmjereni na planiranje prigradske željeznice oko Splitske konurbacije uz maksimalno korištenje postojećih željezničkih kapaciteta, tako da se zatvori predloženi prsten prigradske željeznice Split-Trogir, Split-Sinj, Split Stobreč. SPLIT I NJEGOVA REGIJA Splitska regija, smještena u sredini Dalmacije, kako po razvoju grada i po intenzitetu unutar regionalnih odnosa čini najjači društveni i privredni bazen u ovom djelu obale. Prostirući se na područje općine Trogir, Split, Omiš, Sinj, Imotski i na otočke komune Brač, Hvar, Vis i do Korčule pokriva široki prostor različitih demografskih, prirodnih i razvojnih karakteristika.povećanje stanovnika u obalnim općinama, koje su se uglavnom naselile u uski obalni pojas između mora i planina Kozjak, Mosor, Perun i Biokovo ukazuje na jaka migracijska kretanja poglavito u sam Split. Daljnji razvoj industrijskih kapaciteta u srednjem dijelu ( Split, Trogir,Omiš i Sinj), te turističke privrede kao osnovice cjelokupnog razvoja ovog prostora uvelike ovisi o komunikacijama između ovih gradova jer je dnevna migracija u grad Split velika. Stoga je izgradnja cestovnih i željezničkih prometnica neophodan preduvjet da ovo područje postane atraktivnije za van regionalna ulaganja. SPLIT U OKVIRU DALMATINSKE MAKROREGIJE SINJ BROJ STANOVNIKA 21.500 PGDP 13561 35 KM 26 KM 25 KM TROGIR SPLIT OMIŠ BROJ STANOVNIKA BROJ STANOVNIKA 22.168 23.500 BROJ STANOVNIKA PGDP 10955 PGDP 18072 207.148 OBALNI POJAS Obalni dio subregije poklapa se s širim područjem grada, te obuhvaća obalne dijelove općine Split, Kaštela, Trogir i Omiš. Na promatranom prostoru danas živi gotovo 300 000 stanovnika u linearno raspoređenim naseljima. Komunikacijski koridori koji danas prolaze prostorom osim što povezuju prostor na makroplanu u određenim makroambijentima djeluju kao prostorne barijere koje ionako uzak potez urbaniziranog područja dijele na manje paralelne segmente. TROGIR Grad Trogir sa 22 168 stanovnika nalazi se 26 km udaljen od Splita. Trogirski dio šireg područja od starog Trogira do Divulja na obali, a ravničarske terene oko gustirne u zaleđu, treba primiti, osim stambenih funkcija, dobar dio industrijskih, turističkih i servisnih zona. Planirani rast na 55 000 stanovnika, od kojih 50000 u djelu gradske aglomeracije dostići će dovoljnu veličinu, a time i ekonomsku snagu da se organizira kao suvremeno naselje. Stambene zone obuhvatit će osim već iskorištenih površina u Vranjici, na kopnu i otoku Čiovu, i cijeli kopneni dio od obale mora do nove Jadranske ceste koja će ići sjevernim rubom polja, te dobar dio obalnog prostora zaljeva Saldun, uključujući i postojeće naselje Okrug Gornji i manja naselja u širem prostoru grada. Industrijske zone bit će u uvali Marina vezane uz mogućnost izgradnje adekvatnih obala i pristaništa: na poluotočiću Saldun Današnje Brodogradilište, u predjelu Plano i na platou Gustirne uvjetovane blizinom zone u Marini i eventualnom prugom koja bi tu prolazila. Prosječni godišnji dnevni promet vozila od smjera Trogira prema Splitu je velik i iznosi 18072 vozila dnevno. U špici turističke sezone taj iznos se znatno povećava što izaziva velike zastoje prometa na jadranskoj magistrali. Predviđena izgradnja mosta Trogir –Čiovo znatno će umanjiti zastoje u prometu cestovnih vozila na ulazu i izlazu iz Trogira. OMIŠ Šire područje Omiša čine uglavnom obalni dijelovi općine od Mutograsa na zapadu pa do Vrulje na istoku, te dio korita Cetine od ušća do Radmanovih Mlinica. U tom prostoru živjet će oko 29000 stanovnika, od kojih 27000 u Omiškoj gradskoj aglomeraciji koja se proteže od Mutograsa do Ravnica. Stambene zone zauzet će veći dio tog područja. Smještaju industrije služit će tereni današnje tvornice u Dugom Ratu, te u predjelu Zakučac zapadno od izlaznog tunela hidrocentrale, na prostoru gdje će biti smješten i dio servisa potreban toj gradskoj aglomeraciji. Pogodnost Omiškog prostora za stambenu izgradnju i njegova uloga centra značajnog zaledja te postojeći industrijski kapaciteti uvjetuju specifičnu ekonomsku podlogu razvoja naselja baziranu na rekreacijskih, turističkim, industrijskim i opskrbno-trgovačkim funkcijama. Dnevna migracija stanovništva od strane Omiša prema Splitu je velika. Postojeća infrastruktura ne zadovoljava potrebe ulaska i izlaska iz grada, naročito u ljetnim špicama sezone, tako da od strane Omiša imamo PGDP 10955. SINJ Sinj kao središte zagorskog dijela pojavljuje se kao najznačajnije žarište, s obzirom na njegov dosadašnji razvoj, pa se i osovina Split-Sinj nameće kao potez intenzivnog privrednog razvoja. Ravni kraški tereni oko Konjskog, Koprivna, Dugopolja, Dicma i Kukuzovačkog platoa dobro su orijentirani i na cestovnu komunikaciju Sinj –Split, što je uvjetovalo značajni napredak općine Dugopolje, Danas u Dugopolju raste niz privrednih grana, od industrijskih, trgovačkih do servisnih grana tako da je dnevna fluktuacija stanovnika Splita velika prema unutrašnjosti. PGDP od strane Klisa je 13 561 vozilo.Ako uzmemo u obzir izgradnju slobodnih zona na Kukuzovačkom platou,već izgrađenih postrojenja u Dugopolju, odvojak autoceste Zagreb –Split u Dugopolju, te intenzivno naseljavanje na čitavom potezu od Splita do Sinja možemo očekivati veliki intenzitet individualnog prometa. Javni gradski prijevoz na promatranom potezu zasniva se isključivo na autobusnom prijevozu kojeg karakterizira nizak nivo usluge. Predviđa se da će na ovom području naći zaposlenje oko 33 400 budućih okolnih stanovnika zagorskog pojasa. Oko tih proizvodnih nukleusa koncentrirao bi se i veći dio stanovništva u nekoliko naselja koja bi zajedno s manjim aglomeracijama duž osnovnih komunikacija mogla primiti očekivani broj od oko 80000 stanovnika. POSTOJEĆE STANJE U JAVNOM GRADSKOM PROMETU SPLITA I NJEGOVE ŠIRE OKOLICE Područje zahvata gradskog prijevoznog tržišta u Splitu obuhvaća uže gradsko područje,tj. zapadni dio splitskog poluotoka, od gradske luke do zaobilaznice kod Lovrinca i Dujmovače na sjeveru i šire gradsko područje koje se nalazi na korijenu poluotoka, a obuhvaća naselja istočno od zaobilaznice: Mejaši, Kamen, Sirobuja i Stobreč sve do rijeke Žrnovnice i općine Podstrana. Područja prigradskog prijevoznog tržišta obuhvaćaju na sjevernom prilazu relacije prema Solinu, Kaštelima i Trogiru, a na južnom prilazu relacije prema Omišu. Specifičnost gradskog i prigradskog tržišta u Splitu i njegovoj okolici je u postojanju monopola cestovnog prijevoza. Javni gradski i prigradski prijevoz obavlja javno komunalno poduzeće Promet koristeći autobus kao isključivo prijevozno sredstvo. Današnji sustav javnog gradskog prijevoza u Splitu, Solinu, Kaštelima, Omišu, Trogiru i i Sinju baziran je na autobusnom prijevozu kojeg karakterizira nepouzdanost, sporost, nekoordiniranost, neatraktivnost, vizualna neprepoznatljivost vozila i prateće urbane opreme. Sve linije van užeg područja Splita završavaju u središnjem dijelu Splita. Sa terminala Sukoišanska kreću autobusi u pravcu Kaštela i Trogira, te u pravcu Klisa,Vranjica, Drniša i mjesta u Dalmatinskoj zagori. Sa terminala na obali Lazareta kreću autobusi u pravcu Stobreča, Dugog rata i Omiša. NEPRISTUPAČNO ZA HENDIKEPIRANE ( VISOKI PERONI VISOKOPODNI AUTOBUSI ) RAZVOJ PRIGRADSKE ŽELJEZNICE ANALIZA POSTOJEĆEG STANJA ŽELJEZNIČKE INFRASTRUKTURE Željeznička pruga u Splitu danas je slabo iskorištena, a niti u budućnosti se ne predviđa znatnije povećanje daljinskog prometa. Kako pruga prolazi kroz veći dio konurbacije, a u samom središtu izvedena je u tunelu, moguće je predvidjeti njenu upotrebu i za prometovanje vlakova prigradske željeznice, i to na relaciji Split-Trogir, Split-Sinj i Split-Omiš. Da bi se to ostvarilo treba ostvariti određene pretpostavke. U prvom redu prugu elektrificirati, izgraditi drugi kolosijek i opremiti suvremenim uređajima za kontrolu prometa.     © Lonely Planet Publications 216 Split & Central Dalmatia Central Dalmatia is the most action-packed, sight-rich and diverse part of Croatia, with dozens of castles, fascinating islands, spectacular beaches, dramatic mountains, quiet ports and an emerg- ing culinary scene, not to mention Split’s Diocletian Palace and medieval Trogir (both Unesco World Heritage sites). In short, this part of Croatia will grip even the most picky visitor. The region stretches from Trogir in the northwest to Ploče in the southeast. Split is its largest city and a hub for bus and boat connections along the Adriatic coast. The rugged DALMATIA DALMATIA 1500m-high Dinaric Range provides the dramatic background to the region. SPLIT & CENTRAL SPLIT & CENTRAL Diocletian’s Palace is a sight like no other (a Roman ruin and the living soul of Split) and it would be a cardinal Dalmatian sin to miss out on the sights, bars, restaurants and general buzz inside it. The Roman ruins in Solin are altogether a more quiet, pensive affair, while Trogir is a tranquil city that’s preserved its fantastic medieval sculpture and architecture. Then there is Hvar Town, the region’s most popular destination, richly ornamented with Renais- sance architecture, good food, a fun atmosphere and tourists – who are in turn ornamented with deep tans, big jewels and shiny yachts. Let’s not forget the coastline: you can choose from the slender and seductive Zlatni Rat on Brač, wonderful beaches in Brela on the Makarska Riviera, secluded coves on Brač, Šolta and Vis, or gorgeous (and nudie) beaches on the Pakleni Islands off Hvar.
