On July 19, 2016, the Federal Highway Administration Georgia Division (FHWA) and Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the Implementation of National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Reevaluations pursuant to 23 CFR 771.129 (Reevaluation MOA). The Reevaluation MOA establishes a process for programmatic consultation to determine whether or not the approved environmental document remains valid for the requested FHWA action. Programmatic consultation may occur for projects with either no changes or minor changes (as defined by the Reevaluation MOA). The purpose of this memorandum is to document the programmatic consultation for the project listed above.
