Dear Parents/Guardians All fees should now be two weeks in advance. If you have any outstanding fees on your account, please ensure you speak with Deb to make payment or to organize a payment plan. Without this occurring, you will be unable to secure a booking for your child/ren for the vacation care period. All vacation care fees will be billed to your account and MUST be paid BEFORE a booking can be confirmed. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE SECURED UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION VIA EMAIL. Fees per day per child (not including surcharges) $48.00 – You will also be charged a resource fee of $10 per child per 2 week vacation care period
PLEASE REMEMBER Children must wear COMFORTABLE CLOSED IN SHOES (Lace ups) – No thongs, ballet flats, crocs or sandals. To comply with our Sun Safe Policy, children must wear a SUN SAFE hat each day. NO CAPS. Please ensure children bring their own water bottle, particularly on excursion days. Children MUST wear shirts with sleeves that cover the shoulders if they wish to participate in outdoor play. Children presenting to VAC in sleeveless shirts or dresses on excursion days will be unable to attend the excursion. Children must bring their own MORNING TEA and LUNCH each day, except on days it is provided by the service (refer to program). Please be aware that we are unable to cook or reheat food due to health and safety regulations. Afternoon Tea will be provided by the service daily. Children MUST arrive at the centre by 9am on excursion days. All expenses will be billed to your account. Please do not bring money on the day. Please ensure children bring a SPARE SET OF CLOTHES each day. CHILDREN ARE NOT TO BRING TOYS, ELECTRONIC GAMES, PHONES,TRADING CARDS, WALLETS / PURSES ETC. If brought to OSHC, these items will be confiscated and returned to the Parent / Carer upon pickup. St. Joseph’s OSHC take no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have escaped confiscation. Children not wishing to participate in excursions may remain at the centre and participate in available activities.
