Glamour Meets Extravagance with the Kichler® 2016 Decorative Indoor Line Debut

INDEPENDENCE, OHIO (January 19, 2016) – Kichler,® a leader in innovative lighting, today debuted a line of indoor statement pieces sure to make a stunning addition to a variety of interior settings. The line boasts grand chandeliers, dramatic statement pendants and sconces, solidifying Kichler as an authority in unique, designer-focused products.
“In recent years, we’ve noticed a surge in the popularity of larger and overstated lighting options,” Lauren Lovett, decorative interior product manager, Kichler. “The trend right now is grandiose chandeliers, pendants, clusters and drum lighting — all in increased diameters and lengths. Customers want statement pieces that pack a punch in living rooms, dining areas, kitchens and bedrooms. Based on this need in the market, we found it imperative to exemplify this in our 2016 line.”

The City Loft is a soft-modern statement pendant featuring an adjustable arm design that can be rotated to the consumer’s liking. This collection features white opal-
etched glass and comes in finishes of Polished Nickel, Olde Bronze™ and Natural Brass. The collection also includes a tall sconce, 16” in height.
Emory is an updated traditional pendant collection with a drum style shade. Its design is clean without compromising detail for a complex, yet simplistic effect. Emory has clear glass surrounding the foyer pendant and wall sconce, and an off-white fabric shade for a clean appearance. It is available in an 18” and 24” convertible pendants, 30” tall foyer pendant and 15” tall wall sconce. Finishes include Classic Pewter and Olde Bronze™.
Keller is a schoolhouse pendant featuring a retro style that has made a resurgence in recent years. The clear, seeded glass displays the unique vintage bulbs of the pendant, and its casted detail at the top makes it a standout option. The Keller collection is available in a 12” or 15” one-light pendant featuring the new finishes Shadow Nickel and Shadow Brass.
Passport is a Danish-inspired, mid-Century modern collection with a rounded wood frame. Satin-etched, cased opal glass complements this interior collection, which is available in a 42” long five-light or 32” long three-light linear chandelier, 5.5” one-light mini pendant and a 16” tall wall sconce. All options come in a Brushed Nickel finish, and feature a light maple stained wood finish. The captivating Rosalie chandelier exudes style and class. The updated, traditional Williamsburg design is ideal for ceilings above eight feet with its extended height. The Rosalie touts antique mercury glass accents and comes in a 30” eight-light, 25” five-light and 18” five-light chandelier options. The finish is a hand-applied Sterling Gold, which is an impressive combination of both silver and gold tones.
The glitz and glamour of the New York State Theatre heavily inspired the design of the Vance chandelier, which has a unique linear style and sleek proportions. Modernized, traditional elements adorn the fixture, along with antique mercury glass panels, which contribute to its one-of-a-kind design. The Vance can be purchased in a 38” long eight-light rectangular linear chandelier, a 29” tall four-light foyer pendant and a 15” one-light wall sconce. All pieces of the Vance collection come in a Natural Brass finish.
