Dan Daidone is a musician and who understands that Student/Independent filmmakers trying to find music for their films often run into the problem of licensing fees being extremely costly. Joanne Higginbottom is a music composer currently studying Creative Music Technology and Composition at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama based in Cardiff, United Kingdom. She’s got experience scoring and producing music for independent films and documentaries and has a recording studio based at home. She’s open to composing original music for indie and student filmmakers in exchange for film credit and exposure. She’s responsible for the beautiful score in the 2008 CCH Official Festival Selection “SAKURA” by Ryan McKinney.
