ADDENDUM #3

This addendum gives supplemental information to the Specification B0018808 Telecommunications Maintenance, and becomes part of the contract document.

Note that appended to this addendum is an acknowledgement of its receipt. Any bid returned without this addendum, and a signed acknowledgement of receipt, may not be accepted.

Question 2 - Our team needs to know if the server for your Nortel CC 6.0 is customer provided and maintained, or if it should be included in our agreement.

Answer 2 - Contact Center 6 should be included in the maintenance agreement. The server hardware itself (HP DL380 G5) is customer maintained.

Question 3 - We also need to clarify if you have 16 batteries or 16 strings of batteries.

Answer 3 - We have batteries at two location. These are the main PBX room in Gillum Hall and at the Landsbaum Center. The battery counts given in the RFP are the number of batteries. These are items that bidders should make themselves aware of during their site visits.
