RE: BOWES, SOUTHGATE & SOUTHGATE GREEN AREA FORUM

The next meeting of the Bowes, Southgate & Southgate Green Area Forum will be held on Thursday 10 December 2009 at 7.30pm at Broomfield School Main Hall, Wilmer Way, Southgate, London N14 7HY. The forum will be led by your Ward Councillors as detailed below.

Bowes Councillors: Brett (Vice Chairman), Georgiou, Rodin Southgate Councillors: Hayward (Chairman), E.Smith, T. Smith Southgate Green Councillors: Barker, Lamprecht, Zinkin

Please find attached an agenda for the meeting and a copy of the notes from the last meeting held on 13 October 2009.

Part of the meeting will be set aside for the public to raise issues of local interest. Please phone or email me on the contact number above if you wish to give advance notice of your question. You are however welcome to raise issues on the evening.

Yellow cards will also be available on the night for you to raise issues with the Council if you do not wish to speak at the Forum. The issues and action taken will be listed in the minutes of the meeting.

10. 21ST CENTURY NETWORK

Item to be presented by Mark Barrett. For information this relates to a new London-wide network successful in using the internet to engage the public in considering challenges of the 21st century beyond politics of left and right.
