AIM OF THE SUBJECT Deeper understanding essence of strategic management (SM), strategic decision making (SD). Enlarging methodical circle of means, developing task-solving, kommunication.

TOPICS OF THE SEMESTER  Idea of strategy, strategic management systems  What is SD? Place of SD in the SM systems  Methodology of SD, AHP, Expert Choice  PPT presentation based on given articles.

REQUIREMENTS  Processing Curriculum (individual learning) by 2016, 23rd March  Active participation in the classroom-work, writting a test on curriculum (2016, 24th March)  Preparing a summerizing ppt of an article (deadline: 2016, 23rd march, e-mail attachment and presentaion in the classroom)  Compose an Executive Summary of the signed articles (deadline: 2016, 30th May, as an email attachement)
