Now, therefore, 3 4 Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives 5 concurring: 6 7 That the South Carolina General Assembly proclaim May as 8 “Precious Cargo” Month, encouraging South Carolina teens to 9 buckle up and slow down. 10 11 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to 12 Melle Morgan, Miss Tri-County Teen, 2008. 13 ----XX---- 14
