GENERAL CONTEST RULES AND INFORMATION How to enter the contest:

1. This contest is sponsored by Radio Station KGAS.

2. The contest will begin December 1, 2014 and end on December 23, 2014. On air promotion teasers and billboards may start before this date in order to ready the listeners for the promotion.

3. KGAS will have listeners register to win the $1043, or up to $25,000 in cash at different exclusive locations. The contest ends with the cash drawing at one exclusive location on December 23, 2014 at a time to be announced.

4. To participate in the contest, the Listener must listen during a designated time in one of the live morning news hours (6am, 7am, or 8am). KGAS will announce which business will host the registration site that day. The listeners can go to register at the business of the day during their regular business hours that day.

5. The Listener may register only once a day at each of the locations throughout the run of the promotion. KGAS will conduct a daily live remote from each location. Door prizes may be given away during the remote at the discretion of KGAS and the business location for that day.

6. On December 23, 2014 at a designated time per on air announcements, KGAS will host a three-hour live remote from the final drawing location. Listeners must be present to win the cash at the designated location still to be announced. Listeners can continue to register at this location until the designated time for the cash drawing. Listeners can also register to win door prizes to be given away during the live remote prior to the cash drawing. At the designated time, LIVE on the air, KGAS will draw the winning name from a hopper containing ALL of the registration slips collected from each registration site over the length of the promotion, for the $1043 or up to $25,000 cash prize. The Listener must be present to win. If the Listener who’s name is drawn is not present at the time his/her name is drawn, then his/her ticket shall be discarded, and KGAS personnel will continue drawing until a present Listener wins the $1043 or up to $25,000 cash prize. ONLY ONE Listener will win $1043 or up to $25,000.

7. Eligibility Restrictions a. The contest is open to all KGAS listeners who are 18 years of age. Employees of KGAS, its licensee, corporate parent, affiliated entities, other radio stations in the East Texas area and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate or win. Owners and management of participating sponsors and/or promotional partners are also ineligible.

b. Only one winner per household is permitted in any contest. c. Participants are required to provide truthful information and KGAS reserves the right to reject and delete any entry that contains false or fraudulent information. KGAS will also disqualify any entry received from persons who fail to meet the minimum requirements specified for this contest. This provision specifically applies to any person under the age of 13 in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.

8. Selection of Winners a. Decisions of station management with respect to the contest are final.

b. One winner will be chosen in a random drawing from a hopper full of eligible registration slips that have been collected from each registration site over the length of the promotion. Listener must be present to win. 9. Conditions a. Payment of all federal, state and local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent.

b. By participating in the contest, the winner or winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.

c. By participating in the Contest, LISTENER EXPRESSLY AGREES TO WAIVE, RELEASE, AND TO HOLD HARMLESS KGAS, ITS CORPORATE LICENSEE, ITS PARENT CORPORATION, AFFILIATED COMPANIES AND THE OFFICERS, SHAREHOLDERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS OF EACH FROM ANY FURTHER LIABILITY OF ANY KIND OR CHARACTER, INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES, COURT COSTS, AND LITIGATION COSTS, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY RELATED TO OR IN ANY WAY ARISING FROM ANY PRIZE, THE CONTEST AND LISTENER’S PARTICIPATION IN CONTEST.

d. KGAS in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process and/or the operation of the KGAS Web Sites, or is otherwise in violation of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.

e. KGAS reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the contest, including the substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon announcement.

f. No purchase is necessary. The contest is void where prohibited.

g. Failure to comply with the contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification. h. KGAS is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the contest, or in the announcement of a prize. i. By entering the contest, Listener agrees that the internal laws and not the laws of conflict, of the State of Texas shall govern any dispute arising from the contest. In the event of any controversy or dispute arising from the contest, Listener agrees that KGAS shall make the determination (in its sole discretion) as to whether the dispute shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the Rules then outstanding of the American Arbitration Association (in which case Listener agrees that he/she will submit the dispute to such arbitration and that such arbitration will be binding to the fullest extent enforceable under applicable arbitration statutes including the Federal Arbitration Act). The laws of the State of Texas of evidence at trial and of discovery in civil matters shall apply to the arbitration proceedings. The arbitrator sitting in any controversy shall have no power to alter or modify any provision hereof or to render any award that, by its terms, effects any such alteration or modification. In the event that KGAS determines that the dispute shall not be resolved through arbitration, then Listener agrees that any dispute shall be submitted to and decided in the State District Court of Panola County, Texas. j. Copies of the written contest rules are available during regular business hours at the main studio of KGAS RADIO, located at 200 W Wellington Street, Carthage, Texas 75633.
