Post mitral valve repair with residual mod-severe mitral regurg (2009). Dual-chambered PPM implanted in 2012 for CAVB. Severely 50897150 dilated LV with moderate decreased systolic function. To review cath and echo. Management planning. Case 2 – Dr. Gordon Dx: ToF with severe PI. Possible Noonan syndrome (genetics neg). Asymptomatic. To review echo and MRI. Interventional referral. Case 3 – Dr. Roche Dx: Symptomatic HF, suspected to be due to cardiomyopathy with a restrictive physiology affecting both ventricles. Post mitral valve repair, currently with normal mitral valve function. To review cath, stress MRI and CP study. Management planning. Case 4 – Dr. Osten Dx: Anomalous pulmonary venous connection ‘Scimitar syndrome’ and mild-mod right ventricular enlargement. To review cath and MRI.
