FRITZ'S POLKA BAND UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR 48TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS!!!

Jagermeister-sponsored, Fritz's Polka Band from Verona, NY is under consideration for the 48th annual Grammy Awards in numerous categories. FPB's release from April 2005, "FPB On Tap," is one of 20 entries under consideration in the category,

"Best Polka Album." The album is also one of 264 entries eligible for "Best Engineered Album, Non-Classical" category.

Additionally, "FPB On Tap" is eligible for "Album of the Year."

"FPB On Tap" has 14 singles (FPB On Tap, It's Jager Time, So Far Away featuring Antonique Smith on harmony vocals,

Gabe's Polka, Square Green Bottle, Bubble's Polka, Stretch It Out, Side By Side featuring Glen Burtnik on lead guitar, Jeanette's

Waltz, Boonville Polka, Hansen's Polka, Daddy's Home, The Wutch, and Grandparent's Polka) eligible for "Record of the Year."

"FPB On Tap" has 10 singles (FPB On Tap, It's Jager Time, So Far Away, Square Green Bottle, Stretch It Out, Side By

Side, Boonville Polka, Daddy's Home, The Wutch, and Grandparent's Polka) eligible for "Song of the Year." So Far Away is also

eligible for the "Best Pop Performance by a Duo or Group with Vocal" category. In addition, Bubble's Polka, Gabe's Polka,

Hansen's Polka, and Jeanette's Waltz are eligible in both the "Best Instrumental Composition" and "Best Instrumental

Arrangement" categories. Lastly, "FPB On Tap" is eligible in the "Best Recording Package" category.

Nominations will be announced in early December. A final ballot to select the winners will be sent to members of the

National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences on December 14, 2005. Winners will be announced during the 48th Annual
