[4034] 2 1 the Eagles will head to Elkhart, Indiana, to represent Rugby South 2 Carolina in the 2013 High School National Invitational 3 Championship from May 16 to 18, 2013; and 4 5 Whereas, in a sport that demands strength and agility, Head Coach 6 Neil Richards and his skilled assistants capitalized on their own 7 athletic ability and training to hone a championship team and teach 8 these athletes lessons that will prove invaluable through life both 9 on and off the paddock; and 10 11 Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of 12 Representatives appreciate the distinction that these superb athletes 13 have brought to their community and to the Palmetto State and 14 look to hear of their continued accomplishments in the days ahead. 15 Now, therefore, 16 17 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 18 19 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 20 by this resolution, recognize and honor the members of the Chapin 21 Eagles Rugby Club and their coaches for an outstanding season 22 and congratulate them for winning the 2013 South Carolina High 23 School Rugby Championship title. 24 25 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be presented to 26 Coach Neil Richards. 27 XX 28
