Exhibitor forms may be completed on line at http://intern.nasa.gov/summit, or completed forms may be emailed to [email protected], or faxed to Mary Roberts’ attention at (440) 962-3057. Important information for Exhibitors:

Exhibit space is free of charge, but Exhibitors are required to register for the Education Summit and pay the registration fee (please register as attendee, unless you are also a presenter). For registration, please go to http://intern.nasa.gov/summit.

Exhibitors will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Exhibit space is limited and it may not be possible to accommodate all requests. Exhibitors will be notified as to their acceptance and space assignment by no later than August 20, 2010.

Exhibitors are responsible for all costs associated with shipping/transporting their exhibits to the Summit Venue.

Exhibitors will be assigned their exhibit space by the Summit organization team. Due to the need to develop a detailed floor plan for attendees indicating where your exhibit is placed, changes to your assigned space will not be able to be accommodated.

Exhibitors are required to complete setup of their exhibits prior to 12 noon, September 13, 2010. In order to ensure that exhibits are in readiness for the Summit’s Opening Reception, no set up will be permitted after that time.

Exhibitors are asked to keep their exhibits in place for the duration of the Summit (September 13-15, 2010). To avoid disrupting scheduled Summit events, panels and discussions taking place in some exhibit areas, Exhibitors will not be able to assemble or dismantle their exhibits during scheduled Summit events and discussions.

Exhibitors are responsible for making their own arrangements with the Westfields Marriott Washington Dulles for receiving/storage of exhibits. The Westfields Marriott Events Manager, Anna Johns, may be reached at (703) 818-3589. Ms. Johns is the appropriate contact for exhibit matters.

Exhibitors are responsible for dismantling and removing their exhibits after the Summit concludes on September 15, 2010. Summit organizers are not responsible for storage of exhibits. Storage arrangements are the responsibility of exhibitors.

Summit organizers are not responsible for damage, theft, or other losses incurred by Exhibitors.
