Requests for Brydges line notes

The Brydges line is a service funded by LSS for people who ―  are under arrest or detained, or subject to active investigation by law enforcement authorities in BC, and  need immediate access to legal advice about their rights.

Counsel who are retained at a later date may need the notes from Brydges line calls. These notes are stored by our service provider on behalf of Brydges line lawyers. To request copies, write the service provider, enclosing a waiver form signed by the client.
