The 2013 Business Expo Our Community, Our Businesses, Your Opportunity Reservation Form
Location Four Seasons Resort Hualalai Ballroom Foyer and Grounds The 2013 Business Expo will take place in conjunction with the Chamber’s Annual Membership and Installation Luncheon. This year our keynote speaker will be Gary Guller, Everest summiter, author, and motivational speaker.
Date Friday, June 28, 2013 10:30 am – 11:30 am and 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm The Business Expo 2013 will wrap around the Annual Luncheon with the first hour taking place prior to the luncheon and the second hour taking place at the close of the luncheon. The Business Expo will not be open during the luncheon.
Purpose To showcase new and existing Chamber businesses to the community and the Chamber, and to provide a networking event for Chamber members.
Booth Fees and Reservation Booth fee - $75 Note: Booth fee does not include the luncheon. Luncheon is an additional $55 cost.
Booth reservations will be taken on a first-come, first serve basis with reservation form. There are a limited number of booth spaces available. Booths are not confirmed until payment is received. This Expo is exclusive to Chamber member businesses only. This Expo is a “tabletop presentation” style show. Booth spaces will be pipe and drape- less, but will consist of a six foot table, tabletop signage and two chairs. Exhibitors are allowed to bring displays that fit on the table or behind their area only. Electricity is NOT available. Final location of each exhibitor will be determined at the discretion of the Chamber upon receipt of completed reservation forms and paid reservations.
Times Schedule for Business Expo 2013: Time Activity 9:30 am – 10:30 am Exhibitors may move in materials and begin set up of displays. Furnishings Each space will come with one six-foot, draped table, two chairs, a tabletop sign and two name badges. Please indicate on the booth reservation form if you do not require any chairs or only need one chair. Be sure to list the names of those manning the booth for the name badges. Only two name badges are included per booth. Additional name badges are available at an additional fee of $5 each.
Please consider your proximity to your surrounding vendors when planning to demonstrate any product during the Expo. If your product is loud, please contact the Chamber office for eligibility requirements.
Exhibit Rules Exhibits shall be tabletop only. Booths must be manned at all times during the two expo hours. Placement of signs, banners or advertising materials must be within your designated booth space. No deviations allowed. Exhibitors shall not serve or offer any food, soft drinks, water or alcoholic beverages for compensation or gratis, for promotional, sale or other purposes. Small candies are permitted. Exhibitors shall not solicit or distribute handbills, brochures or any other printed promotional material outside of their booth area. Exhibitors will be held responsible for any damage to the building, equipment or decoration caused or occasioned by them, their employees, agents or representatives.
