What did you like about the training?  Enthusiasm of the instructor  Engaging, helpful  Very encouraging  Personalized  The people and experience  The trainers and the lessons motivated change in all of us  The fact that it makes you break the comfort zone and step out of the box  Ed and assistants are so prepared- help motivate the lass though examples, quotes, books and discussion!!  The encouraging aspect of the program  The growth I saw in others and the spacing of the classes, which allowed implementation  Supportive atmosphere  All of the in-class exercises really helped me to think about my day to day interactions and better my people skills  The simple approach and how relevant it is to my job  Quality of sessions  It was more fun than I expected  Perfect timing with issues at work and personal  Positive! Everyone always provided insightful feedback!  Offer in Hamden more often  3.5 hours is too long. The classes seemed to drag on and over explain things  Nothing  Shorten the class
