Old Business Quote repair for Fire Damages. Parking Permits are ¾ of the way completed. When Parking Permits are in FULL effect- Cars parked ILLEGALLY will be towed away! Cost of towing will run between $250 to $500. This is the Owners responsibility!!!! Back flow valves will be tested this week. We have quotes on Drip edges for the garages.

New Business Grace has gotten quotes to have certain sides of garages cemented to replace the unsightly area that does not have plants.

Open Forum Light on west side of east garage in Phase 3 is pointing the wrong direction. Phase 1-Light @ garage #13 has been out for a while (new lights have been ordered). Sprinklers house #5 has housing cracked. Possibility could be due to too much pressure.

Open Forum Responses The Board has made note of the Open Forum comments and they will be further discussed in tonight Executive session.
