Parking Permits are ¾ of the way completed. When Parking Permits are in FULL effect- Cars parked ILLEGALLY will be towed away! Cost of towing will run between $250 to $500. This is the Owners responsibility!!!! Back flow valves will be tested this week. We have quotes on Drip edges for the garages.</p><p>New Business Grace has gotten quotes to have certain sides of garages cemented to replace the unsightly area that does not have plants.</p><p>Open Forum Light on west side of east garage in Phase 3 is pointing the wrong direction. Phase 1-Light @ garage #13 has been out for a while (new lights have been ordered). Sprinklers house #5 has housing cracked.
