Texas School Counselor Association Human Rights Art Contest Entry Form 2007 “We Are the Keys to the Future”

All artwork submitted must meet the following requirements:

 All entries must be received no later than March 1, 2007  12" X 18" paper (only)  Signature on front (optional)  2 dimensional, horizontally drawn  Signatures for the “Certification of Artwork” and  Media - markers, tempera paint, acrylic paint, pen, or “Release for Publication” are required ink (No Graphite Pencil or chalk)  All words on picture must be spelled correctly  Depicts human rights issues (See Websites Below)  Attach this Entry Form to the back of Art to be submitted
