Responsibilities

* Monitor Canadian Treasury Ledger - Provide Quarterly Analysis, Trends and Variances - CDR Monitoring - Monitor account reconciliation process * Proactively understand hedging strategies for Treasury and the Businesses and communicate actively with Stamford Controller * Drive Controllership Of Canadian Funding Entities Including: - Consult on Accounting aspects of Refinancings and Restructurings - Drive 4xx Account Reconciliation Process - Maintain Legal Entity Ownership - Monitor Profitability - Coordinate Testing For SOX Compliance For Both New And Existing Processes - Timely and Accurate Completion of Financial Statements Subject To Statutory Filings - Monitor loan agreements ensuring loans are documented and the database is current as well as ensuring timely and accurate interest calculations - CDR Monitoring - Manage loan application process including review and approval through documentation and drawdown - Hold Board meetings and generate minutes * Drive Simplification Within the Finance Function * Assist in implementation of Canadian GAAP accounting for derivatives and hedging

Qualifications

* Chartered Accountant * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent * Ability To Interact And Influence Effectively With All Levels Of The Organization And Various Functions * Team Player With Strong Analytical Skills But Also Having An Ability To Work Independently * Ability To Manage Multiple Tasks/Projects Simultaneously * Experience With Canadian GAAP * Experience With US GAAP, specifically SFAS 133 And SFAS 52 * 6-10 Years Finance Experience

To support its growing businesses worldwide, CAI seeks a qualified individual to work with both the Finance and Human Resources teams to analyze the financial implications of current and prospective compensation plans and agreements. Specifications / Qualifications Essential Position Requirements: Ø In-depth knowledge and expertise of the mechanics of carried interest, co-investments and deferred compensation. Ø Understanding and experience with the business side of private equity and hedge funds. Ø Knowledge of investment (public and private) valuation techniques. Ø Experience building and refining detailed valuation models used in time sensitive negotiations. Ø Excellent analytical and communication skills; must be able to articulate problems and solutions to those problems in a concise manner. Ø Familiarity with accounting and corporate finance processes and principles. Ø Experience in preparing and presenting executive management presentations and analysis. Ø Strong Knowledge of Excel, Access, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products. Ø MBA is a plus. Ø Demonstrated academic excellence in quantitative discipline; Minimum BS/BA. Job Description Analyze, design, code and test programs, process and procedures of any size and complexity to support Financial Data/Store/Data Warehousing and Modeling (TM1 application software). Assist the Finance Department, and any other Citi department, in determining how the business can best use technology to improve processes and reporting. Provide full TM1 administrative support (including server support) to all areas using TM1 in all Citi sites internationally. This includes all development, additions and changes to dimensions and security, loading source data and insuring completeness of the data. Provide support to CCS Finance for developing spreadsheets and reports from all software applications. Assist developing TM1 databases in remote sites. Support use of Essbase as needed.

Specifications / Qualifications Technical degree, Financial Degree or equivalent experience. 3+ years of technical and analytical experience with proven track record of success. Some business experience in a Financial area. Working knowledge of and experience on PC's and Networks. Some knowledge of and experience on Windows and Windows based Servers.
