The members of 31 the House of Representatives take great pleasure in extending their 32 congratulations on the fine achievements of these young people. 33 Now, therefore, 34 35 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 36 37 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 38 by this resolution, congratulate Del Webb Library’s Teen Video 39 Crew of Indian Land High School upon being named first 40 runnerup in the American Library Association’s “Why I Need My 41 Library” video competition. 42
