Senior Commercial (50 or more employees): $ 500.00 Donations are used to offset the Commercial: $ 200.00 cost for the announcement and Non-proﬁt (Senior): $ 100.00 production of the parade. If you (Junior): $ 75.00 are unable to participate, Individual: $ 25.00 donations are accepted. If paying online, give invoice number: A non-proﬁt organization - 501(c)3 LIABILITY RELEASE

Any and all participants in the MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. PARADE at all times shall relieve, indemnify, protect and save PARADE COMMITTEE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES harmless from ANY AND ALL claims and demands, actions, civil ﬁnes and penalties of ANY nature in regard to or resulting from the MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. PARADE, including, but not limited to, expenses incurred in legal actions, death, injury or damage that may be caused directly or indirectly by: [1.] any operation conducted by the MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. PARADE COMMITTEE, and [2.] any failure by the MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR. PARADE to comply or secure compliance with any terms or conditions set by the CITY OF SAN DIEGO, any unsafe or defective conditions in or on CITY OF SAN DIEGO property while being used by the MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR./BOARD OFFICERS, AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES.
