During the year, they may decide not to meet on their regularly scheduled time for some reason, i.e., a function is scheduled and they will meet early for planning. Consult weekly Bulletin for information. A lot of the Ministries above do not meet per se, but are Ministries that need more folks to help. Some like the Giving Tree, Seder Meal are once a year Ministries; others like the Bereavement Luncheons, OutReach Committee, Social Committee are on a “as needed basis.” Others, i.e., Altar Linens, Hospitality, Sick & Shut- ins are continual.

Parish Pastoral Council usually meets the 1st Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in St. Ignatius Hall.

Men’s Club meets the 2nd Monday beginning with dinner at 6:30 p.m. and meeting at 7 p.m. (Family Life Center (FLC)

Threads of Love meets the 3rd Monday at 1 p.m. (St. Ignatius Hall)

Boy Scout Troop 815 meets every Tuesday at 7 p.m. (FLC)

Pacesetters meets the last Tuesday. When they are not on an outing, they will meet after Mass. (St. Ignatius Hall)

Adult Faith Formation meets every Wednesday from 10:15-11:45 a.m. & Thursday from 6:45-8 pm (same study) (St. Ignatius Hall)

American Heritage Girls meets the 2nd & 4th Sundays from 1:30-3:00 p.m. (FLC & Classrooms)

Women’s Club meets the 2nd Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. (St. Ignatius Hall)

RCIA meets every Sunday at 6:15 p.m. beginning in Sept. until Easter Vigil (Library in the Family Life Center)

Cub Scout Pack 814 meets the 3rd Thursday at 7 p.m. (FLC)

Rosary Makers meets the 3rd Saturday from 9:30-12 noon (St. Ignatius Hall)

Adult Bible Study meets every Sunday during the Faith Formation year from 9-10:15 a.m. (Library in the Family Life Center)

The Finance Council, BOOF Capital Campaign Committee, Building & Facilities Commission all call their own meeting times. (Either in St. Ignatius Hall or FLC Library) Consult Bulletin for more information.

Altar Servers, E.M./Lectors, Ushers all meet at called times to train/retrain.
